Antus Shop Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Antu’s Shop. We strive to deliver quality products at great prices. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 4 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • In its original packaging
  • You must provide:
    • A clear image or video showing the defect or damage
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 4 days of receiving the product via:

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for pickup or shipping.


Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or the same method used during the transaction.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via UPI, bank transfer, or as store credit, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products used or not in original condition
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
